Dear Fiona,
A colleague recently laughed at me for not having a LinkedIn profile. She said I need to “keep with the times” and it was strange I didn’t have an online profile in today’s professional world. I responded that I’m happy in my current job and don’t want to change roles or employers any time soon. If I’m not looking for a job, why would I need to be on LinkedIn?

Dear Matt,
Do you really think 465 million users are on LinkedIn because they are job hunting? I think it’s safe to assume that’s not the case. If you’re in the majority and not actively job-hunting, there are many reasons to maintain an active LinkedIn profile. Here are my top 10.
