Dear Fiona,
I’ve been in the same job for three years now and lately I’ve noticed I’m not learning anything new. I have tried asking my managers for new projects and suggested ways to revitalise my work. Although they seem positive about my suggestions, none seem to get through. What can I do to move out of this career rut?
James

There will be many times in the course of your career that you might feel you’ve hit a ceiling in terms of learning and development and/or enjoyment of your job. That’s perfectly normal.
