In line with The Law Society of New South Wales’ strategic plan to adopt a digital and more practitioner-focused licensing model, the Law Society have launched an online application for the removal of supervised legal practice (SLP) (condition 2) from a practising certificate.
Practitioners should ensure that they have completed the statutory period of SLP (see section 49 of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW)) and obtained certification from their supervisor(s) prior to submitting their application.
Practitioners should note that PDF applications are no longer accepted.
