You’re doing the right thing by thinking about longer-term career options, and creating a plan around it. As we know, nothing happens without planning!

We recently ran a SmartWomen Connect event where we had a panel of non-executive directors talking about the why, what and how of preparing for board positions. I’ll share some of the advice from the panel.
