2019-2020 NSW Pre-Budget submission

All Policy Committees were invited to suggest items for inclusion in a submission to the NSW Government for its consideration in preparing the 2019-2020 Budget. The Law Society’s submission – which was sent post-election on 4 April 2019 – largely focussed on the need for increased funding for the legal assistance sector, and adequate resourcing for state courts and tribunals.
